The following was a comment on Truthout, after an article on CIA's drug and electroshock tortures on children.

Having experienced 'the system' not too unmildly, as a non-type 3, of the Institutions and groups above, and having been studying the spiritual aspect of this. I'd like to share somethings that should be common knowledge, The way I see it, is that, there are 3 or more types of humans on this planet and a natural 'psychic' order of dominance.
Human Type 1 - Spirit and other Psy-Abilities
Human Type 2 - Has Attendant Spirit/Vision
Human Type 3 - Ordinary / No abilities
WHAT THEY DON"T TEACH AT RELIGIOUS CLASS
The psychiatric establishment and now the covert electronic monitors, are formed for the purposes of ensuring that the first 2 do not dominate the 3rd. To this end, they use flouride in the water, introduced various SSRI drugs and vaccines that suppress abilities (sometimes cause autism), introduced certain dangerous or mutagenic substances like MSG, Aspartame or other flavourings and colourings Type 1s and 2s were allergic to, and created oligarchies and dictatorships around such information, because out of greed, fear and desire for freedom from control from control by Type 1s and 2s which naturally will be claimed by such groups, sometimes even if they do not actively seek it!
The attacks on various civilisations, like the Nazis probably targeted the Jews specifically because of their abilities ( I have no sympathy for Zionists or practicers of Apartheid btw). Any older civilisations which burnt libraries or at least hid knowledge were also targeting those of this genetic stock.
HISTORY OF HUMAN SCHISM
The Psychiatric Institution itself was thus founded out of fear likely conceived by and still funded by the 3rd 'Ordinary' Human Type during the Nazi era experimentations and studies into racial dominance, so when they discovered the 3 or more types the 1st and 2nd world wars were fought, on top of simple colonialism and racism as well. Other times these groups became followers of 'religions' which took vows of chastity (to prevent further breeding) or even more extremely practised castration or herbal forms of the same, though chemical forms of the day can and have caused insanity and should be avoided like plague.
THE OTHER HUMANS
Recall the burning of Alexandria or the expulsion of the religious caste during early China? Same purpose. The current spate of fantasy or Gothic or occult/vampire stuff now is either a fight back response y non-3s or simply an extension of control measures to waken and identify latent Type 1s and 2s (via various scanning technologies) for 'treatment' which can take any form, from direct drugging (easily identified via autism sufferers targeted with vaccines), to surrounding the target with people and events that make them become religious (i.e. harmless or limited by the 'Control Text' which is what most religious books are), to outright murder depending on how the subject responds or the nature of the subject. The very Aggressive or dangerous ones are usually put down or goaded into actions that are self destructive . . .
These are your descendants of shaman priests, warrior kings and druids or fate bending witches and prophets of the ancient world. But the issue is that when a natural pecking order when not respected occurs, either through - Types 1 or 2 who for any reasons, cause feedback via the Earthly/Solar System's systems and this causes self destructive behaviour in ordinary persons, warlike behaviour between decision makers in nations, amok cases of weaker minds, to brownouts, to earthquakes or even sun spot activity and undesirable solar storms.
THE EVIL UNETHICAL METHOD
In an effort to control these effects, the Psychiatric Institution in collusion with government agencies (which have become nepotistic in nature from protecting ALL such information on the nature of populations and even controlling or grooming them to be weapons) that poison with chemtrails or create wars to diminish the pent up response in such persons, who are in fact merely carrying out nature's task, as predators keeping populations under control.
PSYCHIC RIGHTS
We are still part of the planet, feed off or are part of it, and part of nature. Laws and civilisation however unnaturally do not allow wars and killings. Thus the expressions of culling via 'predation' occur unsavoury as it may seem . . .
This planet and it's wealth and resources belong to all of us, do not hate those with roles to play, nature knows the necessity, please engage us honestly and be proactive about the whole thing, including making sure we have the education necessary to live harmoniously together. Do not withold knowledge.
I am glad to see lots of esoteric stuff about these days. A proper and internationally styled (without cultural imperialism pls) and easily available textbook would be appreciated though. "Human Spiritual Relations" ?
Nature demands/orders some of us around, and if those with the information keep us uninformed, use unnatural methods to suppress us, kill the messenger (Overpopulation is the message now) or prevent the predator from doing it's job, the familiars will retaliate, the ecosystem will surely be destroyed.
TODAY'S SITUATION
An ethical accord but still not yet a formation of actual laws or education policies to identify was likely formed not too long ago, but this is kept from public to prevent 'chaos' by backward governments or governments embracing a modern but non-holistic non-superstitious technological veneer that neglects man's psychic heritage.
There are SERIOUS gaps in our education about esoteric issues as above and it is unconscienable to leave such knowledge secret anymore so that a handful of people can manipulate and control the world. Instead of being honest, some of our fellow human beings have chosen to manipulate or harm us instead.
Meanwhile, larger forms of control such as the very frequency of the power grid itself (read on Orgone), are used to suppress the emnations of type 1 and 2 humans.
