Your Biorhythm

I check my biorhythm every now and then as it helps me figure out any minor or major drama that happens in my life. For example, if i get really upset about something, or am feeling really insecure, I check my biorhythm to see whats happening with it. Almost every time it has to do with it being a "critical" day, or the emotional cycle being really low. So it helps me put things into perspective. Also, if someone is being difficult with me I check their biorhythm and when it turns out they're on a low, i let things slide and dont take it seriously. They themselves will have a different perspective within days or a week. This is not to say that you will be sensitive and feeling down everytime your emotional cycle is down, but when you do feel down, your emotional cycle usually is too. I myself have a hard time expressing myself clearly when my intellectual cycle is low. And i need more rest when my physical cycle is low. I feel stronger when my cycles are high.

This is the online biorhythm calculator that I use. I am very content with it and find it very accurate. It struck me the other day that we are directly influenced by the sun and the moon in our daily lives. I myself who sleep only on daytime nowadays had it confirmed to myself that when the moon is out we are more spiritual, more in touch with our creativity and our inner world, and more melancholic. At daytime, and especially on sunny days, we are active, cheerful, outward, etc. It isnt just to do with sleep patterns, cuz as i said i only sleep daytime, and i still find myself getting active at midday when i should go to bed. So I was thinking the other day, that if the sun and moon influences us so directly and so obviously, how ignorant do you have to be to not draw the conclusion that the stars affect us too? The evidence for astrology, and by extension also biorhythms, is so self evident you have to be blind to not see it.

I couldnt change the colour on this thing so you will have to put up with the unattractive look of it and its almost-invisible text. Enjoy!
