Abraham's bag of tricks

I have been listening to Abraham tonight and came across a few videos in a row which describe simple and really effective ways to improve your life. I love simple things and will aply these myself so i thought i'd share it as well. You may have come across these before but i think there is value in collecting them together so that if you, like me, are in the mood for starting something positive in a proactive way, then its all here for you. also, using a few tricks together is always more effective than just using one.

Here are a couple of videos about the value of deep breathing. Abraham says that breathing is an exercise in allowing, and that it is essential for good health. They say that the breathing is the reason why exercise is so beneficial for your health.




Here is one technique called 10 favourite things. It is about finding 10 favourite things about whatever you find yourself focusing on. I like this one because i sometimes find myself focused on things i dont want, and i know that my focus on it is empowering it, yet its hard to just divert your attention from it. so with this technique i can just relax and focus on positive aspects of it instead of panicking about where my attention flows.


This last one is about being clear about your intentions before you get into things. i try this sometimes and it really works. if you do this, you will find that your vibes are stronger and whatever you come into contact with will match your vibes rather than mess it up. it works like this: before getting into something, for exemple going to work, or calling someone, you visualize how you want it to play out. not in specifics but rather something along the lines of "i'll meet people i love to see, we'll have rewarding conversations, i will get interesting assignments, my boss will be in a really good mood" etc. well, abraham gives better examples.
